Jay Flack: Associate Pastor

Pastor Jay Flack has been married to his wife Stefanie since 1993. Jay & Stefanie have 3 older children, Kaylee (husband Andrew, son Colton), Zachary (college student at LU), and Andrew (College Student at DelTech). Stefanie graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Business and began her work career until she felt the call to provide an awesome home life, including many years of teaching homeschool curriculum for their children.

Jay served on active duty military, in the US Air Force, for over 21 years. During his military career Jay earned 4 undergraduate degrees: Including 3 Associates of Science degrees in Radiologic Technology, Personnel Administration, and Professional Sales/Recruiting. Jay progressed to complete his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management & Development. Most recently, Jay completed his Graduate college coursework to earn his Master's in Business Administration (MBA). He retired from the Air Force is 2013. Jay worked in the civilian private sector as a Health Care Administration consultant. Jay answered the ministry calling to Eagle's Nest in late 2018, and began the transition over to full time ministry as Associate Pastor in April 2019.
