Lead Pastor Bob Weed »
Bob Weed has been in full time ministry since 1995. He lives in Ellendale with his wife Patti and his two sons Kyle and Caleb. His passion is to teach the word of God relevantly, help people apply that word in their everyday lives, and facilitate the development of an authentic and diverse Biblical community. Bob worked in the printing industry for 14 years and ran his own business for several years before entering full time ministry. During this time he earned a Master’s degree in Theology. He became pastor of Delmar Christian Center in Delmar Delaware in September of 1995. On January 1 st , 2001 Bob joined the Eagle’s Nest staff as the youth pastor. In 2003 Pastor Bill & Pastor Bob began a three year transition plan culminating in Pastor Bill’s retirement and Pastor Bob assuming the role of Lead Pastor on January 1, 2007.

Ministry Pastor Mike Hargreaves »
Ministry Pastor Mike Hargreaves serves in the areas of teaching and pastoral care, overseeing the midweek adult classes and the benevolence ministries of the church. Prior to joining the Eagles Nest staff in 2006, he pastored community churches in Delaware and Virginia for 11 years and taught and coached at the college, high school and middle school levels at Christian schools in New York and Delaware for 11 years. He and his wife Tish have been married for 35 years and have three grown daughters and a grandson. Pastor Mike is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (1975) and Elim Bible Institute (1987).email – pastormike@eaglesnest.ch

Worship Arts Pastor Scott Hobbs »
Rev. Scott Hobbs has been in full time ministry for over 14 years and leading worship for over 19 years. With a heart to see people encounter the freedom and abundant life through love of the Father, Scott ministers through passionate worship, music, teaching, and the creative arts. Scott and his wife, Lisa, are both graduates of Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia with Bachelors of Science in Christian Ministries degrees. They have been traveling for over 14 years introducing children, teens, and adults to the intimate love of Christ at camps, retreats, concerts, churches, and schools. They ministered at Maranatha Christian Fellowship in Wilmington, NC for seven years where Scott served as the youth and worship pastor and Lisa as the children’s ministry and worship arts director. They also founded and direct Higher Place Ministries, the youth and worship arts ministry of Maranatha Ministries Unlimited. Scott and Lisa have been married for 14 years and currently reside in Greenwood, DE with their three children, Victoria, Joseph, and Olivia.
